Hi. I’m Gabriel.
Yes, that Gabriel—the one bubbling in a jar on the counter, quietly plotting greatness (and occasionally trying to escape when you forget to loosen the lid). I’m a sourdough starter, which basically means I’m a living, breathing community of wild yeast and bacteria… but don’t let that scare you—I prefer the term flavor architect.
I’ve been fed, neglected, revived, and praised like a tiny bread god. One day I’m sleepy and flat, the next I’m doubling in size like I just hit a PR at the gym. Give me flour, give me water, and I’ll give you crusty, golden, “wow-you-made-this?” bread that makes people question their life choices.

Hi, I’m Delilah.
I’m a just a dog with a big heart and tounge that will like you forever. I’m basically a professional cuddler and drooler. I have soft eyes, wagging tail, and ready to be your shadow all day. I love my people hard and make it my job to keep them company, whether that means snuggling on the couch or just sitting nearby like a loyal sous chef.
Now… around other dogs, I try. I really do. Sometimes I get a little excited, a little unsure, and a little too loud about it—but I’m working on it every day.
